Start with what you know

You do not need a complete file or a finished investigation. Give the office the basic circumstances of the incident and a reliable way to contact you. If you are calling for a family member, explain your relationship and who is available to speak.

  • When and where the incident happened
  • Who was involved, if known
  • The injury and its impact on everyday life
  • Reports, claim numbers, or documents already available

Bring your questions

Your priorities may be immediate: another insurance call, time away from work, uncertainty about a report, or helping a family member. Write them down so the conversation can focus on what you need to understand. You can ask what additional information would be helpful and how to share it.

If the office takes the case

Representation requires an agreement with the office. Before deciding, ask about the work covered, attorney fees, case costs, communication, and your responsibilities. Sending an online request or having an initial conversation does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship.

The practical details

The consultation is free. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Alaska time. Call (907) 569-6633 or request a conversation online. Keep the request brief; do not upload medical records or confidential documents to the website.
